Follow the instructions and you are good to go. Print out 4 copies of the registration form and bring it to one of the registration sites listed at the right. All applications presented before the cutoff date and time are assured acceptance.
Registration is Closed at this time. We are however accepting late registrations for persons who are willing to coach a team.

Registration dates and locations for our Spring 2012 Season: Wednesday Jan. 25 6pm - 7:30pm Old Mill Green Library 1677 East Main St Saturday Jan. 28 9:30am - 11:30am Shehan Center 1494 Main St. Thursday Feb. 2 5:30 - 7:30pm North Branch Library 3455 Madison Ave Saturday Feb. 4 1 - 3pm Burroughs Community Center 2470 Fairfield Ave. Registration closes at 3pm on Feb. 4th Volunteer as a Coach or a Referee. We need you to help us grow the program. To make more teams we need more coaches. Volunteer to become an AYSO coach, it's your best decision yet. Training and mentoring is available.
